Feature 2
Prayer times are an important part of the Muslim faith and vary depending on one's geographical location.
In Uppsala, we follow the local times for each prayer, helping Muslims organize their day and perform prayers at the correct times. Each day consists of five obligatory prayers: Fajr (dawn), Dhuhr (midday), Asr (afternoon), Maghrib (sunset), and Isha (evening). It is important to perform these prayers at their designated times, as each has a specific time window. To make it easier for members of the Uppsala Mosque, we provide an updated and detailed schedule of prayer times based on current calculations from the European Fatwa Council.
